I received a call from this number and he also had a heavy accent and stated his name was David Scott (yeah right) he stated that i had a legal action pending and i stopped him right there and told him in a tone voice "i know you are a scam and you better quit calling me or else"!!! He kept trying to talk over me but then hung up. These people are scam artist DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION!!!
They (Roy Miller) with an India accent are calling and saying I ow $1075 for US PayDay Advance and going to supena me and take me to court. I will be put in jail
Got a call from someone with a heavy Indian accent using an American name telling me that there was leagal action pending because I had taken out a payday loan from USA payday advance. USA payday advance is a search engine for payday lenders (I researched it while I was on the phone). When I told them USA payday was a search engine they hung up on me. I am so tired of these calls. How do they get cell numbers anyway
The info the are using is the wonderful world of web! My husband and I called the cops to report harassing phone calls and there is nothing they can do. They are using router phone numbers and would never be able to locate them. More then half the calls are from over seas. The longer you stay on the ohone with them, the longer they will call you. If you do not answer or get into disagreeement with them, they will give up and go on to the next victim. The guy told my husband they would come into my house with a bomb or hand granade and blow us up, but not until after they rape everyone in the house. BEWARE of these guys!!

I received the same phone call by this person David Scott. He said I owe 8500 and that the police were going to come to my house and arrest me. He also called me at work. Its just real scary. How can we stop this. Help any advice
