Who called from 2532354504

I've gotten calls like this before.   I never answer them.   They are robot calls.  Just very annoying.
This one was from Fife, WA.

Same message, 2x today, I am in Louisiana

Same as above. IRS/Warrant for my arrest. Returned call because I was going to mess with them but there was so much noise in the background, I couldn't hear the woman. When I asked if she was in India or somewhere and she hung up on me. TOTAL SCAM!

Same as above.  I wish I could get my hands on the person that called me!!!  POS!

I just got the call...it scared me...
