Who called from 2532362052

I received a call from 253 236-2052 today at 10:49 am on my business line, 503 398-5800. It showed on my caller ID as "INCOMING CALL."

I did not respond to the call and no msg was left.

I couldn't even pick the phone up to answer before they hung up. WHY do companies do this?
