They called and said I had taken a pay day loan and I have never received any type of loan except a car loan in 2002. They proceeded to tell me that a server would be at my house to finger print me and I would have to pay so much money for the loan and court fees, I immediatle went to my locale police department and let them hear the voice mail. They typed the number 888-416-8614 into the computer and all kinds of fraudulant notes came up. That was the number left for me to contact, the original number that called me was 253-237-1358.
i got a call and when I call back was transferred to someone else. She started out by saying I had recieved a payday loan and did not pay back. When I said that I did not recieve a payday loan she continued that everybody had there day in court and that someone would be coming to my house and i had to go with them to be fingerprinted. at that point i hung up feeling this was some sort of scam.
I got a phone call from 253-237-1358 saying it was in reference to a payday loan that I did not pay back. They left me a message giving me a case number and saying they need to contact me so I they can get my address to my place of employment or residence to serve me with legal papers to appear in court. First of all, if you were serving me papers, you would already have my address and wouldn't need to ask me for it! Another number that is associated is 877-913-2859.. They say they are from USC & Associates. This is a scam!!!! DO NOT give them any of your information!
