Received a call from 253-242-1853 from a Alex Warner who spoke in a heavy middle eastern accent. He said he had very important info for me and I was named in a law suit with my name on it. When I asked what this was in regards to he said iits from Payday loans and I didnt repay the loan, when I told him I never took out such a loan he got angry and said there would be an officer at my door on Monday at 11am unless I cleared it up with him today, When I told him I never took out a loan therefore I will not be taking care of anything he started to verbally abuse me and scream, I told him I would be calling the police to report this and hung up, he continued to call me 13 times in a matter of 30 min.
This call was apparently from an overseas number, (052594557) the caller left a message That This WARNING message is intended for MY NAME he then said his name was Sean Wright and he was calling from the Law Firm of Investigations He said don't disregard the call it is in reference to a legal case filed in your name. Please return the call at 2532421853... Don't dare to disregard this message, Retturn the call it's time sensative. If you don't want to pay the legal officers at yor door. ( The caller spoke in a VERY HEAVY Middle East, Arabic, or Indian accent). I have been getting calls like this every since I applied for a CASH ADVANCE online!!
You cannot even type proper english much less speak it. You're a scam, getting info from us who mistakenly applied for an online cash advance. We all know you are a scam!
I got a phone call from 253-242-1853, much to the same effect as the others listed. I could not understand the womans name but she did say that she was calling from the Law Firm of Investigations she said don't disregard the call it is in reference to a legal case filed in your name. I received a call from a very foreign, very rude gentleman who told me the same thing, that it was my last notice and there was a law suit under my name and my ss# for a cyper crime. I have no idea who it was and when I questioned where he was calling from and what the crime was, he got even more angry and rude. I just hung up on him before I heard what he had to say, as I knew that it was a scam and my information got leaked out from somewhere.
