I just recieved a call yesterday about this matter and i argued with 3 different people about this matter... i was told it didnt matter wht i was talking about if i didnt pay this " supposed money" then i would be arrested for it... I then proceeded to ask him about the loan and when it was all he coukld tell me that it was in 2010 and it was deposited into my banking account... but funny thing is i didnt have this bank account until feb of this year, so i knew it was some bull**** then he didnt have my right acccount number or routing number so i told him that if i went to court he wouldnt win, for lack of evidence and he laughed at me, saying i was a "FUNNY GUY" so i told him i had my bank statements and a workoone inquiry proving i wasnt wrking then nor did i have a bank account then and he kept telling me it didnt matter.... so i am more than glad that its other people like me and that this is a SCAM to try and get money for nothing i will be reporting them, and thanks for the feedback
I got a call from the same man, with the same name. Erick thompson. and the number is the same. 253-243-1344 man with a heavy indian accent. Told me that i owe them $832 as well. if you look up the company there are tons of complaints about this. and they all say the same thing but with differant numbers and names. thank you so much for this one. i will keep it for my records.
I received this exact same call today! Thank you -- I knew it was a scam, but reading about someone else experiencing this makes me feel much better, particularly as they did have the last 4 digits of my social, as that made me a little nervous.
They first called me from 0000, but by the 5th time they tried to call me (as I kept hanging up on them), the number was 9163950000.
This is crazy, I recieved calls from, 760 284 4637 and267 573 9115, they told me i owed for a 300.00 dollar loan as well. I do not even have a checking account!! HAHA good luck getting anything from that. SCAM< SCAM. Beware!!!
