message left indicates caller is a Sun Com(m) (from Qwest Phone site, maybe Solar?,) a Qwest Business Partner.  Definitely a call from a call center from the highly phone-noisy background.  Good english but accented voice made me think an offshore location.  left a number wanted me to call: 866-602-7055
