They want your credit card information, but they say they are your credit card company, however they don't know what company they represent they guess and say visa/mastercard.  And then i said which account, they couldn't answer.

They said you probably have a rate in the 10's we can lower that.  Any card company knows your rate.

Hang up on them.  Give them some choice words if you want.

These people have called me multiple times, at work and when I'm sleeping in the early morning. Have never answered because its an unknown number.

Called me 3 times and hung up when I answered.

Same here. They hang up as soon as i pick up. They are calling me last 3 days. 2,3 times daily.
