Can we get a class action suit against these folks... they are calling both my home and cell phones about 15 times per week. Please help with any suggestions to punish these folks for obvious and flagrant abuse of the Federal Do Not Call List!
Apparently if I dial the number (253-245-8589) directly some guy who sounded quite nice claimed his number is getting spammed. It's some credit repair company he told me. We laughed. It sucks to be him.
I was told that a lot of these calls are being used with the help of The Magic Jack, they plug it in and then the calls begin, and with this item you can't trace the call and they are able to change their numbers so that they can't be caught, so every number is different, they can use your number to contact another person and they think it's you calling them, it's useless unless these scammers are caught. That's why if you see a number on your caller Id and try to call it back, it will usually say all circuits are busy or this person isn't taking calls at this time, meaning they are blocking their number so you can't reach them
Starts out as a recorded message saying "Do not hang up! This is an urgent message from National Health Care." They were selling an American Pain Relief Cream. If interested, just stay on the line.
