i did not answer it.

Received a phone call from this number, no message.

I heard "hello" - sounded like an indian guy - then it's as if the call went on mute from their end -  2 seconds later they hung up ..

Call originates from Washington.  No message.  Called back - "You have received a marketing call. To be removed from the list press 1."  I pressed 1 and it said it would take up to 24 hours to be effective.  I will post if removal does not work.

Just received a voice message about loans and interest rates from a robot messaging system.
