getting 2-3 calls a day. no message. if you call back you get an automated 'remove my number from the list'. I tried and i did not work, the robot still calls.

I have gotten this phone call 3 times today and its getting really annoying. I called the number back and removed my number from there do not call list and hopefully it works. I have been getting calls from others numbers also. I thought changing from a landline to a cell phone would change things but I guess I was wrong.
I wish this number will stop calling me. I call it back and I get either a busy signal, or it will ring and ring, or I will get a recording stating "The number can't receive calls at this time." WTH?
This caller (253-246-8561) will call my cell phone several times a day. Sometimes the caller will allow it to ring until voice mail picks up, but the caller will never leave a message. I have called this number (253-246-8561) only to get a message with the option to be removed from their call list; but the calls continue to come in daily. Enough is enough, please who ever you are, stop calling me.
