They call me 18 -25 times a day on my cellphone and hang up so we call back, using our prepaid minutes, so they sell more prepaid cards. Unfortunately, I am using a company cellphone, and they are the ones paying the extra.
It is called slamming, and it is illegal. They are forcing all of us to pay money, and they are doing this, getting paid for it by the big boys. i reported it to the Attorney General's office in CT, called, and reported it to the FCC, and also belong to the national do not call registry.
I have hired an attorney, it is causing mental issues, and I am going to sue the [***] out of them.
got a call from them, caller ID said it was a cell phone. Called the number back and it was an automated message that said I received a marketing call. Press one to be put on the do not call list. I did that and then it told me to allow 24 hours for that to activate, then it hung up.
Checked my caller ID and saw the #; I went on this website and I see they are a collection company by all the info I see written. I will not bother to call them & my # is on the "Do Not Call List", however it does not seem to work. I will place my cell phone on the list also, however, will it really work?
