I have received a call from them for the past 3 days, but have missed the call all 3 times. When I call the number back, there's a recording that says, "Thank you for calling Customer Service. To remove your number from out list, please enter your phone number. You must confirm your phone number to remove it from our list." I did not enter my phone number in fear that it's a scam. I have no idea who this is!
i've been getting a call 2 times a day for the past 4 days. there is no one on the other line. this is very annoying. is there anyway to block them? i called my phone company and they said they cant block specific phone numbers.

another commenter for 503-334-1616 wrote "found that Pac-West Telecomm is listed as the service provider carrier for that number. I called them and spoke to Christine who was very sympathetic and helpful. She acknowledged that she knows who it is and that their automated phone tool is having problems and that she'd personally contact them to remove my number immediately. She said they usually respond to her requests in less than 24 hours.
I'm extremely hopeful.

Just adding. I've had two calls from 253-248-6410, 410pm on 10/18 and 912am 10/20. A little odd that a number supposedly from Washington is calling at 6am local time.
