caller left no message, seems like a local number to the Tacoma, WA, area

I didnt recognize caller when i looked at the caller id, but i answered any way, when they asked to speak to me by name, i said i wasnt home and if i could take a message. it was a girl, and she said no then she hung up

Called me, left no message. Caller ID said AFCA, but who knows what that is. I didn't even answer it.

I got the same number and decided to call it back.  AFCA stands for American Foundation for Children with Aids.

Got a phone call asking for my husband, once I asked what it is regarded, they hung up...
