Person called, Identified herself as Angela with DSHS. Received 2 calls from her, back to back.

First request was that she needed wage stubs from an employee who worked with us. I informed her that I was unable to release pay information with out written authorization from the employee or court documents. I was going to give her our fax number and she said she was going to send the employee to our facility to gather the information.

Second call she requested verification if an individual who interviewed with us last month and verify why he did not recieve the job after the interview. I told her that was an odd request. She then asked if he was interviewed last month. I told her that I was unable to release the information without written legal authorization so I can send to our corporate office.
