A threatening message was left in my voice-mail referencing a code F769621 stating if I ignored the call and did not phone the number back at (253) 268-0065, I would be contacted by their attorney. They wished me luck. This is a scam call issuing a threat.
Received the same robo call that started mid-way through a sentence about being an attorney. It was a woman's voice and ended with a threat about the lack of a return call being unfortunate for me. Where can this be turned in? I can imagine an elderly person being excessively stressed out by this type of phone call.
How do we stop these calls for the sake of those who can't speak up?
I received 2 calls stating that a criminal lawsuit had been filed against me, that I or my attorney should call immediately, and ending with a good luck if I don't call. I did not.
Ditto to the fact that it is a "foreign" accent - I did not take the call and I had a 5 second voicemail with an Indian accent saying "Hello?" "Hello?". They then hung up.
Man with foreign accent asked for me by name. When I asked what it was about, he told me he was just calling to tell me how sweet I was. When I said that was BS (although I am sweet), he repeated that he was just calling to tell me how sweet I was and to have a nice day. Too funny. I guess I'm not in trouble with the IRS right now.
