Callers are located in India and Pakistan and they ignore all US laws. There's nothing the US can do and the local governments do little.
Invest in a call blocker and DO NOT pick up on call numbers you do not recognize. Common scam, been around for years.
got the lovely call from the IRS telling me they were coming to get me. I called back and had some fun...it sounded like a party was going on in the background, so I asked the "IRS agent"....wow, sounds like a party going on, she asked "Do you like party" I said sure, she said you want to "party" with us? I said sure, you must have some great parties with all the money you scam from people...she said, yeah, we do...I asked her how much money she had, she said 200.00- I said [***] I got shoes that cost more than that and she told me to "f" off....how rude!!!!!!!! Ha ha ha ha ha....so I put the # on Facebook for all my friends to call to because it was so much fun....
so I waited a bit and called them back to have some more fun....this time a lovely young man answered. He advised me that there was an arrest warrant out for me from the IRS, I said oh really....why is that? because you can't scam me....he then told me that I was a murderer and that they know I murdered people, so I said really, when did this happen and he said the end of November and then silence...I laughed and laughed and said really, you have no idea who you are even talking to, you have no idea what I do for a living, you have no clue really and to call someone a murderer that goes to work 12 hours a day making an honest living not scamming people and you are saying stuff about people that legitimately work....bye felicia

I have called this number back 2000-2200 times in the last 8 hours. I've gone from cussing to following they're instructions and getting the account number to they're bank and giving it to the FTC & FBI. The people on the line know me by voice now, so I've inlisted the help of 3 more people and we have not stopped calling and bugging the crap out of them. Please do the same, if you have a couple minutes... Waste their time and make them angry.
