When the operator asked if I would answer a few questions before she transferred me to a travel consultant, I said, "No, because your sales pitch says I stayed at one of your resorts, and since I've never stayed at a resort, this is based on a lie. Second, my phone number is registered with the federal Do Not Call registry, so you shouldn't even be calling me. She just repeated her last line so I hung up on her.
