Whoever this is has called twice.  I only picked up after the 2nd call yesterday.  The message was recorded but said it was calling "card holders" to offer a reduced interest rate.  I could either punch 1 for more information or 3 to stop the calls.  I punched 3.  I did a reverse look up on the phone number and it's local but unlisted.  What concerns me is that I've also received 2 calls lately from another part of the country, with a recorded message, again not identifying the company calling, asking me to hold because the call is important.  I hung up on that one.  I'm thinking they are both scams but don't know if they're linked.
