It is Country Air and they are in Tacoma WA. They are a shady business with a D- minus rating from the better business bureau and have numerous complaints against them for their business practices. I am going to report them to the FCC because I am on the do not call list. They try to get around that by saying it's a survey but let's everyone file a complaint and maybe we can get rid of these low-life scumbags.
They called me and I picked up and as soon as I asked them to take me off their call list they hung up on me. Reputable business do not do that. But they do because they are pretending to be doing a survey and it's a false pretense.
This "company" calls several times a day. I answered tonight and was hung up on. I called back only to have them pick up the phone and hang up immediately. I kept calling back until my call was picked up accidentally (she thought she was calling another number). I asked her to take me off her list, and she said, "um, okay." I asked for a manager because she didn't even know what number to remove from her list and heard mumbling in the background while she went to get someone. The man who picked up the phone asked for my number and said he'd add it to the remove list. I hung up the phone. It wasn't any more than 2 minutes later that they called again .....
