Number belongs to "Christina" from "Tristate Roofing" in Tacoma.  As I do not own a home, and live in a rented condominium, I can only assume this is an outbound cold-caller trying to sell me some crap I have no use for.  Dumb b***h calls randomly at hours when I am asleep, and when I attempt to return the calls, it either rings forever or forwards to her voicemail.  Finally got fed up and left a voicemail telling her to eff off.
