Picked up the call and they too hung up. Scammers and Identify thieves might be scoping you out. Make sure you have a Password on you Cell/Mobile account so thieves cannot steal your number and route it to a different phone. They do this by calling your carrier and switch your phone number to a different Sim. They then reset the password on your email account which the account reset also goes to your phone number (2 Step Authentication). This is how most Email and Twitter Accounts are hacked. Now they they know the number is active they will either try to steal from you or sell your phone number as "Active". Prepare for more phone calls or ID theft.
