My mother received a call from a Mark Casper, US Grant Department, phone number 253*336*5916.
The guy wanted to know if she was working and how old she was.  I told the guy that her lawyer would call  him back to discuss this grant.  Mr. Casper said "no, no-don't do that".  Enough said.
