A collection company that called my mom's phone saying there is a bill for my daughter from a ER visit. Bills in my daughter's name but yet the bill was from 2009. She wasn't even 18 yet. Demanded my sister party the bill since she has same last name. This call says scam all over it. You can't go after a child for a bill before she's 18 and can't demand someone else who isn't even parent of the child. Legally can't even give information to just anyone. Anyone finds name of this company, I'd like to know.
debt collection robo call...states if you are not duane ross push 2, and then they give you 425-740-3402 to call to take you off the list. well that dam number rings forever.
