Who called from 2533829052

i have been getting calls on my home phone, my cell phone and i am on the DO NOT CALL LIST.... so what  the heck...  i call these numbers back....  253-382-9052, 9076, and i get a company message that these are NON-WORKING numbers... Well, if they are really NON WORKING NUMBERS...  how are people that are using these numbers calling me ?????    so AT&T better cut these calls out and really find out who is doing this....

Many times a day I get calls from this number and many others.  I never answer and of course they don't leave messages.  What can I do to stop these harrassing calls??

Get this incoming call from "Pacifictel" several times a day. When I dial it back, get a recording that it is a disconnected number.

Please stop calling me there is no one on the line

Health Insurance. 47 people called me from a web survey I completed for health insurance. If a company would waiste their employees time and my time answering the calls I don't unstand why they would do this! I will find insurance some place else!
