CID said 253-382-9908 Lower Interest. Robo call from Rachel, Cardmember Services, wanting to lower credit card interest rates. Never answer these calls anymore. All they want is for you to give them your credit card number. They hang up when you talk to an operator and tell them you're on Do Not Call list. Only way to stop them is just not answer their calls.

Robo voice to lower the interest on my CC, pressed option to speak to a rep real friendly "Hi" until I asked the name of the company...........got hung up on.
Although I am on the no call list, It appears that these calls are more and more frequent, various tel #s but same shpeal. Very frustration not being able to stop them from calling
