let the machine pick up...it was someone offering to streamline mortgage payment.  they spent the first 5 seconds on machine clearing their throat.

Got a recorded message offering to give me information on a government "Debt Forgiveness Program".  Beware!

i called back and the opperator said this number has been disconnected or  is no longer in service... i answered the next time i recieved a call and was hung up on. Very strange indeed

called my cell on 2/22/13 at 9:28 AM . I did't talk to; just curious.

I am guessing they are child molesters, calling to see if your kids are home alone
