Phone calls are NOT an official method of notification. Neither are faxes, texts, or emails. IF they call again, tell them you want written proof of the "problem" that is mailed to you. Expect excuses or threats (also illegal).
There have been HUNDREDS of similar complaints covering many phone numbers listed on this website.
Just happened to me yesterday,Again!!! Last time was 2012 and they got $300 from me. This time he said it was a fax that just came in...nope I am not falling for that [***] again,I told him the company is a scam.
i got a letter in the mail with pretty much the same info. I called to get the info and they were rude. It's just some lawyers office that thinks they're better than everyone else. If you called i'm sure you realized they're not very friendly. I think they represent Bank of America or at least deal with them because they gave me the information about a civil suit against me and a lot of other people in the area. They could care less about helping.
not a phone call but typical lawyers. they think they're better than everyone else. I got a letter for First Bank overdrafts they wait until the last second to give you you're information and act like they are on your side when you call them but barely try to help you. Barely any customer service skills and rude when you want information. These banks should not be able to do half of what they do.
