I have an 800+ FICO score and I do not have any unpaid or charged off debts. Possible phishing. Never answer the call or you will be marked as a live number and they will continue calling ad infinitum, no matter how much you try to convince them they're wrong. Received a call from 253 444 2448. From a company called dynamic recovery solutions. They quoted me a wrong first name and a wrong social security number. ( I did not give them my name or real SS. ) I told them they were incorrect. It was like they didn't hear anything I said kept reading a script informing me that they were trying to collect on 10K worth of debt on a credit card. I have an 800 + credit rating and no delinquent accounts. Think it could be fraudulent.
Dynamic Recovery Solutions, attempts to collect on accounts that are well past the SOL for Washington State. Request a Validation Letter. Once you are able to review and verify the debt is out side the SOL, contact the State Attorney Generals Office. Do not provide information.
Do not answer your phone if you do not know the number!! Please help stop these scammers!! I never answer my phone if I do not know the number and eventually, they stop calling. This outfit never leaves a message but since they get a valid number in their robo-dialing system, they most likely will not stop for months. It took my home answering machine to be full of calls from Alliance One looking for someone named Michael M. Ladack before the calls finally were stopped. Since the answering machine was full, I guess their auto-dialer finally took our number out of their system. Who knows about these companies and their illegal tactics!! And this all happened despite the fact we are on the do-not-call list registry. Our government has enough to do than try to help us avoid scams. We need to be proactive and help stop this madness by not answering our phones every time they ring!!
