(253)555-0113 called my company cell line. When I answered a computer-female voice said: "You are the only person in this conference. You have been kicked from the conference." then the line disconnected (hung up). Sounds like someone is using a conference call feature to hide their real caller ID and make marketing calls which may not be in compliance with FCC do not call rules.
Just got a call from this number and they said they are with Microsoft and that my Windows program has Malware and Spyware...wanted me to log in to my computer and follow commands to fix the problem. I knew it was a scam as it was almost 10pm here. My husband got on the phone and tried to get a return number to call them back after researching and the guy gave a fake number.
I received a call from this number on 6/4/15. Caller claimed I was involved with tax fraud and that I should call 202-738-4446 as soon as possible to avoid a warrant for arrest. I've googled both numbers and am aware they are scams. Do not give any personal information if you should answer calls from these numbers.
Received a call from this number and answered it. A man with a thick accent asked for my husband and I laughed and told him not to call again as it is a scam. The man had already hung up.
