I saw this # on Caller ID. I didn't answer.

miss the call also.......caller ID says Robert Johnson.......Washington state area code. No message left

Robert Johnson on caller ID. Here is a clue, most last names are recorded first on caller ID.
This name comes across with the first name first and the last name last.  Scam call in my estimation, plus I don't know anyone by that name in the 253 area code.
