I received a call from this telemarketer but the announcer was a recorded message. It was a solicitation to sign up for National Healthcare Insurance program for 49$ a month. Selected the do not call my number option and then called the number back. Further recorded message saying thank ou fo calling back but if you'd like to be removed from the call list select 1. I did. Who are they and how did they get my number?
Calls me every other day doesnt leave message. I finally called back and got the "Thank you for calling back, if you'd like to have your number removed from our preferred marketing list please press 1" That is it - doesnt say who they are, etc so either press 1 to be removed or hang up and let them call again.
See 425-587-1032 for more info. It's a healthcare insurance scam.

This call center does not remove numbers and has no call lists. They are dialing random numbers. So, your best bet is to not answer the call at all (including voicemail) and file a complaint to the FCC.
