I got a call a few days ago from this number. I'm from NJ and I didn't know the area code so I let it go through to voice-mail.

On the message a guy named Evan asked for me by name and said he was from PSE(?) and to call him back. I looked the number up and it was unlisted in Tacoma, Washington. I also looked up "PSE" and found Puget Sound Electric which would make sense, if I was from Tacoma, but I'm not.
