Left message about lowering interest rate.

Called my cell and did not leave message.  Blocked now but they'll probably just spoof another number.

They called on my cell phone. Supposedly going to reduce credit card interest.   I talked to a man and told him never to call this number again.   He said "Shut Up B_ _ _ _!".

No message left.

CAlled at 3:44 pm eastern time. Did not answer, no message left. Caller ID said Fife, WA. Blocked!
