This number constantly calls my cell phone 4 to 5 times a day for the last 4 months. Every time I answer the line goes dead. When I all it says to leave a message. I've left several to get my number removed and to stop calling. Yet it continues.  I'm on the Do not call list and have complained to the DNC list but nothing stops this caller. I hate to change my phone number as I've had it for years and way too many people to contact if I do change it and seems my cell company can't block the number either.
