Who called from 2536173958

have received 5 calls from this number 253-617-3958 just today 5/22/14, all i hear is a burp... then they hang up. seems like a prank caller. then I called back while blocking my tel #. he did answer as steve of the IRS....???  hmmmm me thinks its a scam

yup, guy claims to be with IRS. left me a slightly threatening message about liens/levy etc.

since when does IRS use cell phones?  IRS contacts people via letters, not random phone calls.

We have had 2 calls from this number.  Just googled it and this site came up which is good to know about.  Call seems like a scam. Threatened they were from the IRS and that there was some legal claim against my wifes name and tax return.

Got a call from a male voice claiming he is from the irs in tacoma and its very hard to understand him but I was able to hear him say there was a claim against my name due to tax fraud. My called Id showed it was a 360 area code number but he told me to call him back at 253 617 3958... Totally a scam. I just hope no one falls for it.

I got phone call from guy who claims  that he is irs agent, I did contact irs and they told me they do not contact peoples by phone and they never ask for money.Peoples this is scam,do not fall it.
