Just got a call same number. Tax scam too.

I just got that call, too.  Apparently, this will be the final time they call me.  Supposedly, they had been trying to reach me!  LOL!  For anyone else reading this, if the IRS was to try to contact you, they would try by letter first.

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

Scam, HANG UP ASAP.  They claim t be from the IRS  & that you will be arrested by morning if you don't get them the money they wasn't at that Moment..used very high threat level. Called police, IRS fraud department, my bank's fraud department. This person did manage to scam me out of money. beware of this person and anyone asking you to take out money and putting it on.a GREEN DOT MASTER CARD.  Hang up, call authorities.
