I first received call with "UNKNOWN" showing on Caller ID. Call return dials to a local number 656-6536. That # is "not in service". Then I started getting calls from 222-111-0202. Girl with foreign accent says "This is Washington DC calling you have been awarded a grant that you don't have to pay back any money or taxes on. It is grant money given to you by the Federal Government. Do you have a debit card?...here is your confirmation # for your grant. Call 253-656-0768 and give them this number. Then you are directed to go to an ATM nearby or to a Western Union with $250 and call this number again when you are there to receive your grant. The $250 covers proscessing costs.
