Bank of America sold our discharged mortgage loan to Green Tree Servicing. We surrendered the property back in 2010 to BofA as part of our bankruptcy and now the little darlings at Green Tree call us several times a week, from different numbers pushing to "collect" on a discharged mortgage loan. Have explained it several times and provided the court documents. STOP CALLING!!!!
