I'm glad for this site! Thanks for the warning! If u have sprint cell phone u can go online and block numbers in your preferences tab. Guess what number I'm adding today!! Lol
I just got a call from the same number 253-664-2000. I asked to take a message and he hung up. He also pronounced my name totally wrong..hahahaha..was probably one of those overseas marketing schemes..
actually you could go through your phone carrier, but problem with that is that they !) cost money monthly, and 2) this number can be different if it goes through a business switchboard... best thing I can suggest is to go to the national do not call lists enter your number, and each time they call let them know. I'm not sure what they do, but I think it wont matter if it isnt in the US :(
253-664-2000this number has called me about 10 times in the last 2 months since I don't know who is calling me i told them to leave a messege he say hes was calling from U.S. Financial Services but as soon as I asked why he called he hung up.
They just called me about gas and electricity - a 2 minute survey. I told them they may not proceed when they asked. They then tried to make excuses about how it was only a 2 minute survey. I then raised my voice, told them "No, you may not proceed, get off my line NOW!" - and hung up. Once again, no country code on this, whereas I do sometimes get them. The number is too long for Djibouti which has the country code 253, so it must be a mispresented US number. How they can be doing this kind of thing both sides of the pond, I have no idea.
