This is a debt collector from the state of Washington. They do not seem to know what the statute of limitations is on VERY OLD DEBT They need to be educated on Revised Code of Washington (RCW) 4.16.040 before they try to collect on a 8 year old $50 debt that should have been covered under my Medical insurance! I cannot understand why a med lab that does blood tests for a doctor's office would wait 8 years to turn over a small $50 debt to a collection company! These types of charges should be covered in the doctor's bill in the first place!!

Just got a phone call from this collector regarding a Bank of America Visa card. The guy stated he had a 12,000 dollar debt from a card back in 1998, but dropped the amount to $7,500! I told him I wasn't gunna make any payments on the debt unless he sent information regarding this and he basically hung-up the phone..
