States calling from pharmacy Solutions, claiming my Dr gave them my name and information. Since that is a hipaa violation, no Dr would give your info to outsiders, knowing they could lose their license. I told them to never call me again.
Igot a call from this # and when I answered it they told me who they were looking for but would not give me any info why!
The caller id said it was Jan Madrigal
This number has been calling several times a day however does not leave a message...when I call back the recording says they are Pharmacy Affiliates and say I have won free products.
