Caller ID shows up as: V91617380100070 with phone #253-753-9421.  I'm not answering and they don't leaves messages.

I got a call from this company several times. This morning a call came through seeking a person who has not lived here to my knowledge in 7 years for Life Moments.  That number/company is not on BBB and has been reported. This company did not have anyone on the line when I picked up - no company name. 23-753-9421 - i will be reporting this number to FTC as I have been a victim of Identity theft.
