Received two calls 7 & 7:40 pm on May 19 with no message.  Tried calling number back and was answered by a man, but I could not be heard on connection so I hung up.  He tried calling back but we couldn't connect appropriately.  Thought it might be a cell phone of a friend in Tacoma but did not recognize the voice at all.
