A recorded digital message tells me to press 1 is I'm <name> & press 2 if I'm not. Doesn't matter what I press, the message keeps going on & on. Then finally it tells me it's a collection agency & to call 855-820-5219. I don't owe anything! What is this place/places and/or people??!
