The man sending unwanted faxes regarding Life Insurance rates via his computer is Ken Hernandez – you can call him at 248-875-7300 – [email protected]  The fax number appears on a website he runs called http://carolyn-ed.com about his parent's upcoming 50th anniversary.

Yeah I get these faxes daily selling Life Insurance. Even if you fax your request to have your number removed or if you call 855-755-1334 to have your number removed, it just doesnt work. Instead, they see it as you called back, so you just confirmed your fax number works!! The incoming faxes will never end after that.

When receving these types of unwanted faxes, immediately remove the paper and cancel the incoming fax by pressing the cancel button or by shutting off your fax. Then they're totally screwed. hahahaha
