Who called from 2538020451

Received call from autobot pitching electronic cigarettes.

Phone calls to two of our cell phones from this number.  One 8/29, one 8/30.  We did not answer either call, and no message was left.  

Instant Checkmate tells us the number is a landline near Seattle - zip code 98002.  Gives us this image (if it continues to work)

Answered this call on my 9-yr old's phone - pre-recorded ad for e-cigarettes. Hung up and deleted it. Next day got the same call on my phone - didn't even bother answering.

Got call on my cell phone did not answer,I am in cal. This call was out of Wash.

There is an option to be placed on the "do not call list" at the end of the automated advertisement.
