Who called from 2538020451

I received a call as well, but no message was left. I called back and after a 30  sec delay, a message came on that said that all circuits were busy.

Just got a call from this number at 5:32 pm Pacific. Didn't answer. Left no message.
White Pages reverse lookup shows this warning:
HIGH SPAM LEVEL
This number has been associated with heavy spam activities

Just for a call. It was dead air.

yes i got the same msg today (mon sept 2,  2013). no msg left . thats what i got when i called back

i got a call on my cell phone from this # on mon sept 2 , 2013 @5:24 pm est.
