This people are claiming to be loaners for scholarships and will tell you that you won a 7,000 dollar loan that you will never have to pay. Please dont fall for it a loan is a loan, and what ever you do DO NOT GIVE YOUR BANK ACCOUNT or any information that involves your Bank Account or Debit Card or Saving Account or they will steal your money. And if you dont give that informarion they will give a phone number that its always busy, and give you a fake name as well. If you dont belive me call that number back and it will say that it doesn't even exist. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THESE SCAMERS!

Sounds like your caller has mixed up his spiel here. Most of these calls are coming from India and Pakistan. They run several scams, grants, advance fee loans IRS and medical.

This one actually smacks of grant scam, the loan does not seem to fit on this.
