Called at 11:00 AM. Caller ID shows TAYLOR JOHN & P and the recording on the phone is "Hello, this is Rachel from Card Services..... I hung up. The scam is using local numbers that are disconnected or no longer in service. Must be the phone companies (Century Link) sell the unused numbers to the scammers to keep revenue up. This is why you can not call back or block the numbers, as our phone company will only block active numbers.
